By accessing or using NeuroDot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeuroDot, a Delaware C Corporation.
2. Service Description
NeuroDot provides genetic analysis and personalized nutrition product recommendations based on:
- Analysis of genetic data (SNPs, CNVs, structural variants, mtDNA)
- Symptom assessments and health questionnaires
- Algorithmic matching to supplement formulations

NeuroDot IS NOT a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Our analysis is for informational and educational purposes only
- Results are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making health decisions
- Do NOT use our service as a substitute for professional medical advice
- Genetic information should be interpreted by qualified genetic counselors or healthcare providers
- We do not provide physician consultations or medical supervision
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are liable for all activities under your account
4.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information may affect the quality of recommendations and could be dangerous to your health.
4.3 Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring your use of NeuroDot complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.).
5. Genetic Data
5.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your genetic data. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and analyze your data to provide recommendations.
5.2 Data Accuracy
We rely on the accuracy of genetic data provided by third-party testing services (23andMe, Ancestry, etc.). We are not responsible for errors in source data.
5.3 Research Use
De-identified, aggregated genetic data may be used for research purposes to improve our algorithms and services. Individual-level data is never shared without explicit consent.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers
6.1 No Guarantees
- We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results
- Product recommendations are based on available scientific literature, which evolves
- Individual responses to supplements vary widely
- Genetic variants are one of many factors affecting health
6.2 Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- NeuroDot is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or injuries
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
- You assume all risks associated with using genetic information for health decisions
8. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, software, and materials on NeuroDot are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload data that you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Interfere with the operation of our services
10. Payment and Refunds
Purchases are processed through secure payment providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.
12. Governing Law
NeuroDot is a Delaware C Corporation. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice.
